About This Course
We are excited to have you join us in exploring extreme environments. This course is designed for bachelor's and master' s-level students from various disciplines, including geology, biology, environmental science, and governance, but also for everyone interested in learning about the conditions that occur in cold seeps and hydrothermal vents to start with and glaciers, and the environments known as icy-moon analogs very soon!
Course participants will learn through a combination of video lectures, readings, real case studies, and assessments to deepen their understanding of extreme environments in the modern environment and the rock record.
Requirements
If you are a university student, you can register for the course as a Singular course following the admission regulations of UiT to obtain the credits, but you can still register as an interested and curious person using Open edX.
